We have 34 branches throughout New Zealand and an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic Small Engine Mechanic based in our Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch branch.
The Position:
You will need to be an experienced and preferably trade qualified Small Engine Mechanic, skilled in maintaining & repairing both small diesel and petrol engines; have good communication skills and administrative ability.
A current driver's license is essential and a Class 2 licence is preferred.
This is a full time role Monday-Friday with rostered Saturday mornings.
The Person:
The successful applicant will have a solid background in repairs and maintenance with 5+ years workshop experience and have the ability to prioritise work. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and have experience with carrying out scheduled servicing as well as troubleshooting.

We are looking for a Yard Person / Customer Service Superstar to join our Moorhouse Avenue branch. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys dealing with customeers.
The key responsibilities of this position will be to:
* Meet and greet clients and customers
* Cleaning and servicing plant and equipment will be required
* General Administrative Duties
* Must be prepared to work to a roster that includes some Saturday work
You will also need to possess the following skill set:
* Excellent communication skills
* A warm, approachable manner
* Intermediate computer skills
* Class 1 Drivers Licence is essential
* Mechanical experience or aptitude is sought
Previous industry experience is attractive, but not essential as training will be provided.
