HireQuip are proud to announce the second winner of the 2010 Harley Davidson™ Fatboy Motorcycle.
The winner of the second 2010 Harley Davidson™ Fatboy Motorycle was announced on air on Monday the 21st of
December by the morning Rock Rumble Crew. Congratulations to the team at McConnell Dowell who entered the
draw after hiring equipment from HireQuip Daldy Street branch between the 14th of November and the 18th
of December.
Roger McRae (General Manager of McConnell Dowell) held an internal auction for his staff to sell the motorcycle and
the proceeds from the sale went straight back to the hands of Cure Kids, who were astounded by such generosity.
"This is a fantastic initiative from HireQuip and we are pleased to be able to contribute further to a great charity like
Cure Kids" stated Roger.

Motorcycle draw was held on 16th of November.
The winner of the first 2010 Harley Davidson™ Fatboy Motorcycle
was announced on air on Monday the 16th of November
by Rodger and Bryce from the morning 'Rock Rumble' crew.
Congratulations to Brendon Williams, who hired equipment from
the Hornby branch between the 1st of October and the 13th of
November 2009. Brendon came into the branch to pick up the
keys from HireQuip CEO Brian Stephen and, as a recently certified
learner rider, is absolutely delighted with the win.
Between 1st October and the 21st December 2009, HireQuip launched a major campaign
aiming to donate up to $100,000 to the Cure Kids Foundation and giving away two
Harley Davidson™ 2010 Fatboy Motorcycles to our customers.
Throughout the 'Hire, Help and Win with HireQuip' Campaign, $1 was collected from every hire since the 1st of
October and on Friday the 18th of December HireQuip donated $100,000 to Cure Kids, live on air with Paul Henry
and Pippa Wetzell during The Breakfast Show. This donation has cemented a key partnership with Cure Kids and
HireQuip is looking forward to working with them in the future.
Cure Kids Foundation Fundraiser
The Cure Kids Foundation was chosen as the result of the nominations received from HireQuip
team members.
- For every hire contract generated and completed, in accordance with company policy by our
customers, $1 will be donated to the Cure Kids Foundation in December.
- The Hirer is entitled to one entry per hire contract, regardless of the number of items hired
under each hire contract. Multiple hire contracts for items normally hired together will be
deemed to constitute one hire contract only.
- The aim is to raise $100,000 by the 18th December 2009.
- During December a formal presentation will be made to the Cure Kids Foundation. Details to
follow.
