Tasman Capital Partners investee, Pacific Equipment
Solutions, announced today that it had acquired Scissor Platforms Ltd's business
and assets as part of its growth and product extension plan in New Zealand to further
service and support infrastructure and construction sectors.

to support the varied application demands required of the infrastructure and
construction markets. With the acceleration of major infrastructure projects as a part
